Ad Shorty is operated by Cyber Solutions 365 LLC, Pennsylvania, USA ("we", "us"). Contact: support@adshorty.com.

By using Ad Shorty (https://adshorty.com) or buying a subscription, you agree to these terms.

1. The service

Ad Shorty is a subscription service for businesses that turns product photos you provide into short-form AI-generated video ads. Each plan includes up to a set number of video ads per month, as described on the pricing section of the site; unused ads don't roll over. AI-generated output can vary, and we don't guarantee views, sales, or ad performance. You're responsible for having the rights to the product images and brand assets you send us and for how you use the ads, including compliance with each ad platform's policies. You may use the ads you receive for your own commercial purposes.

2. Accounts and eligibility

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract. If you buy on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorized to bind it. Keep the email you use at checkout current so we can reach you.

3. Subscriptions and billing

• Paid plans are subscriptions billed in advance in U.S. dollars at the price shown at checkout.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. Applicable taxes may be added.
• We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice by email; changes apply at your next renewal.

4. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel anytime from the self-serve billing portal (Manage or cancel subscription), signing in with the email you used at checkout. If you can't use the portal, email support@adshorty.com. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for. Refunds are covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5. Acceptable use

Don't use the service to break the law, infringe others' rights, upload content you don't have rights to, send spam, or interfere with the service. We may suspend accounts that do.

6. Content and intellectual property

You keep ownership of materials you provide to us and grant us a license to use them only to provide the service. We keep ownership of the site and the service. Third-party names and trademarks belong to their owners and are used for identification only.

7. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We don't guarantee specific results, such as sales, leads, traffic, rankings, views, or ad performance. Information on the site may contain errors or be out of date.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

9. Changes and termination

We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here with a new date. You may stop using the service at any time. We may end the service with notice and refund any prepaid, unused period.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, USA, except where your local consumer law says otherwise.
