What we collect

• Checkout details: name, business name, email, and billing details you enter at checkout. Card details are collected and processed by Stripe, not by us.
• Messages: anything you send us by email.
• Service materials: files, links, or listing details you provide so we can deliver the service.
• Basic technical data: our hosting provider (Cloudflare) may process IP addresses and request logs to deliver and secure the site.

How we use it

To provide and bill for the service, respond to you, prevent fraud and abuse, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

Service providers that help us run the business, such as Stripe (payments) and Cloudflare (hosting), and AI model providers that generate your ads from the photos and product details you upload (for example Cloudflare Workers AI and Higgsfield), and authorities when required by law.

Retention

We keep data while your subscription is active and as long as needed afterward for legal, tax, and accounting purposes. Product photos you upload and the ad files we generate are deleted 90 days after upload.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information by emailing support@adshorty.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law.

Cookies

This site does not use advertising cookies. Stripe's checkout pages may use cookies needed for payments and fraud prevention.

Children

The service is for businesses and is not directed to children under 13.
