Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancel anytime

Subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel anytime yourself in our secure billing portal, run by Stripe: open Manage or cancel subscription, enter the email you used at checkout, and follow the one-time link Stripe emails you. The portal also lets you update your payment method and download invoices.

Can't use the portal? Email support@adshorty.com from the address you used at checkout and we'll cancel for you. After you cancel, you won't be charged again, and your plan stays active until the end of the period you've already paid for.

Refunds

• We don't give refunds for partial billing periods, except where required by law.
• If you're unhappy with your first purchase, email us within 7 days of your first charge. We review these requests and will reply within 7 days.
• If you were charged in error (for example, a duplicate charge), contact us and we'll fix it.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe. Banks usually post them within 5–10 business days.
